Return Policy
What you can and can't return — depending on the service
We offer a mix of physical products and custom services. Each has different return rules. Here's the breakdown.
Office Supplies — Returnable
Office supplies purchased in-store or online can be returned within days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online) if they are:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In resaleable condition
- Accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation
To start a return, bring the item to our store at 418 Main Street, or email with your order number for online purchases.
Key Cutting & RFID — Non-Refundable
Key cutting and RFID duplication are custom services. Once a key is cut or a card is programmed, it cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all key types — house, car, mailbox, padlock — and all RFID fobs and cards.
If a key we cut doesn't work in your lock, bring it back with the lock or the original key. We'll recut it at no charge. The issue is almost always a blank mismatch, not a cutting error — either way, we'll make it right.
Mailbox Rentals — Cancellation Terms
Mailbox rental refunds depend on your rental term:
- Monthly — cancel with 30 days notice. No refund for the current month.
- Quarterly — non-refundable once the term has started. You may transfer the remaining term to another person with our approval.
- Annual — non-refundable once the term has started. Transfers permitted with approval.
If we terminate your mailbox for violation of our terms, no refund is issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an office supply item arrives damaged or defective from our online store, email with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice. Return shipping on defective items is on us.
Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible returns are processed to your original payment method. In-store returns are refunded immediately. Online returns are refunded within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
