How we handle mail, packages, and online orders
We are both a postal service provider and an online retailer. This page covers how we handle outgoing shipments from our online store and the mail services we provide at our 418 Main Street location.
Mail Forwarding
If you hold a mailbox with us and need your mail sent elsewhere, we offer forwarding on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. Forwarding is available to any Canadian address and most international destinations.
- Mail is batched and shipped via Canada Post on your chosen schedule
- Forwarding fees depend on volume, weight, and destination
- You can pause or cancel forwarding at any time by contacting us
- Packages over 2kg may incur additional shipping charges

Package Receiving & Holding
Mailbox holders can receive packages from any carrier — Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and local couriers. Here's how it works:
- Small packages that fit in your box go directly in your box
- Larger packages are held at the counter — we'll notify you by email
- Packages are held for up to 14 days at no extra charge
- After 14 days, a daily holding fee may apply for oversized items
- Unclaimed packages after 30 days may be returned to sender

We sell stamps, shipping supplies (boxes, envelopes, tape, bubble wrap), and can help you pack and weigh items at the counter.
Online Store Shipping
Office supplies and other products ordered through our website ship from our 418 Main Street location via Canada Post. Every order gets a tracking number.
- Orders placed before 2pm PST on a business day typically ship the same day
- Local Vancouver delivery: 1–2 business days
- BC & Alberta: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3–7 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, email with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out. For returns, see our Return Policy.
