Mailbox Rental Terms

Mailbox rentals are agreements between you and . Key terms include:

• Government-issued photo ID is required to open a mailbox — this is a Canada Post requirement
• Rental terms are available monthly, quarterly, or annually — paid in advance
• Your mailbox address is a real street address (418 Main St) and may be used for business registration
• We accept mail and packages on your behalf from all major carriers
• Uncollected mail held beyond 30 days may be returned to sender at our discretion
• Mailboxes used for illegal activity will be terminated immediately with no refund

Cancellation terms: monthly rentals require 30 days notice. Quarterly and annual rentals are non-refundable once the term has started, but you may transfer the remaining term to another person with our approval.

Payment

We accept for both in-store and online transactions. Online payments are processed at the time of purchase. In-store services are paid at the time of service.

Returns & Refunds

Office supplies purchased in-store or online may be returned within days if unused and in original packaging. Key cutting and RFID services are non-refundable — these are custom services performed to your specifications. Mailbox rental refunds are governed by the cancellation terms above. Limitation of Liability

is not responsible for mail lost or delayed by Canada Post or other carriers after it leaves our possession. We are not liable for damage to keys, locks, or access systems resulting from use of duplicated keys or RFID cards — duplication is performed to match the original you provide.
