These terms govern your use of chinatownheritagepost.com, our in-store services, and any purchases made through either channel. By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use means acceptance.

Who We Are

Chinatown Post Office is a neighbourhood post office and service centre located at V6A 2T0. We provide postal services, private mailbox rentals, key cutting, RFID card duplication, and office supplies — both in-store and online.

Your Account

Some services, including mailbox rentals and online purchases, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Services & Pricing

Prices for services and products are displayed in-store and on our website in Canadian dollars (CAD). We do our best to keep them accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Service rates — including key cutting, RFID duplication, and postal services — are subject to change without notice. Mailbox rental rates are locked for the duration of your current rental term.

Mailbox Rental Terms

Mailbox rentals are agreements between you and Chinatown Post Office. Key terms include:

• Government-issued photo ID is required to open a mailbox — this is a Canada Post requirement
• Rental terms are available monthly, quarterly, or annually — paid in advance
• Your mailbox address is a real street address (418 Main St) and may be used for business registration
• We accept mail and packages on your behalf from all major carriers
• Uncollected mail held beyond 30 days may be returned to sender at our discretion
• Mailboxes used for illegal activity will be terminated immediately with no refund

Cancellation terms: monthly rentals require 30 days notice. Quarterly and annual rentals are non-refundable once the term has started, but you may transfer the remaining term to another person with our approval.

Payment

We accept for both in-store and online transactions. Online payments are processed at the time of purchase. In-store services are paid at the time of service.

Returns & Refunds

Office supplies purchased in-store or online may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Key cutting and RFID services are non-refundable — these are custom services performed to your specifications. Mailbox rental refunds are governed by the cancellation terms above. Limitation of Liability

Chinatown Post Office is not responsible for mail lost or delayed by Canada Post or other carriers after it leaves our possession. We are not liable for damage to keys, locks, or access systems resulting from use of duplicated keys or RFID cards — duplication is performed to match the original you provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the . Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
