The Virtual Mailbox Large plan is for people and businesses whose post arrives in volume and cannot wait. You get a real Vancouver street address at Chinatown Heritage Post, with every piece received, logged and handled by staff the day it lands. There is no cap on how many items you receive in a month and no limit on how many names can accept mail at the address, so a household, a growing company or several trading names can all sit on the one account. Contents are scanned on request and sent to you the same day, forwarded on to any address you nominate, or held at the counter for collection whenever suits. Letters are stored free for thirty days and parcels for fourteen, after which a small daily storage rate applies, so nothing is ever discarded without your say-so. Billed monthly, cancel whenever you like.
