The Virtual Mailbox Medium plan gives you a real Vancouver street address at Chinatown Heritage Post without renting a physical box. Mail addressed to you is received by staff, logged the day it arrives and held securely, and you are told what has landed so you can decide what happens next. Contents can be scanned and sent to you, forwarded on to any address you nominate, or kept at the counter for collection whenever you are next passing. The Medium tier covers three recipient names including one business name, and up to forty pieces of mail each month, which covers a household or a small company trading under its own name. Letters are stored free for thirty days and parcels for fourteen, after which a small daily storage rate applies, so nothing is ever thrown away without your say-so. Paid yearly at $192, which works out at $16 a month against $20 paying month to month.
